Gear for me is just tools, but i like have lots of them!! However i like to keep some perspective on just keeping them  as tools. I thought i would just wirte a small amount about the gear i use on a daily basis. This is just some of the gear i have.

Guitars

• 2007 Gretsch Duo jet Pro (rewire to duo jet specs)
• 98/99 danelectro U2
• Tanglewood Electro-acoustic
• Prince Acoustic currently set up with nylon strings (sounds great!)

FXs

So i have two main pedal boards, one has just about every sound possible, a few items on there are a boss DD-20 , a RAT,  a Arion SCH-1 (the rare one!!) and Dyna-comp.

The other has a few overdrives, a few delays, a tuner and tremolo. and its about a 2/3 of the “bigger” board! (pedal train jnr)

I have tried to build both boards so they can  incorparate more pedals, so if im doing a pop gig and need loads of pedals i can do that, then the next night i might need a five pedals to do say a country gig. both boards can changed to accomdate the sounds im looking for.

I have over 40 pedals, and im always insearch of certain items.  Favorites of 2009 are  PaulC timmy (rare but worth trying out), dd-20 (love this thing, best out there), also my expandora. I love  my TU-2, so much that i got another one! One of my guitars didnt like a certain black korg tuner so it had to be swap by a second TU-2!! NEW TO THE FOLD IS A VS ROUTE 66 – this pedal sound good and saves space. check it out!
